Our story
It was 1985 when Jack and Fran Griffin opened their jewelry store in McKinney, Texas. In 2007, the reins of the family business were turned over to their daughter, Cherye Walker, and today she continues their tradition of honesty, guaranteed quality and exceptional customer service.
With the help of longtime, valued employees, Cherye promises to continue the standard set by her parents of unsurpassed personalized customer service. Repeat customers agree that the attention to detail and the personal service tailored to each client provides an exceptional experience. Griffin Jewelry takes pride in supporting many of the local and surrounding organizations like Children’s Advocacy Center, Minuteman, Lion’s Club, McKinney Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and many others. We are especially proud to be a longtime Gold Level sponsor of Smiles Charity, a local organization that builds homes for wounded veterans.
We are also honored to be associated with ManeGait, an organization that helps children and adults with disabilities through the healing power of horses, raising thousands of dollars with our bracelet raffle every year since 2010.
